Fritzi has been a part of the AEL organization since 1990, bringing to the table over 25 years as a leading executive with thorough experience in environmental consultation, commercial property management, wetland investigation and residential site review. Among her primary responsibilities, Fritzi routinely provides technical oversight and guidance over a variety of projects including hazardous material contamination, proposal and work plan preparation, groundwater investigation and subsequent delimiting petitions brought successfully before the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.
She holds an MS in Business Policy from Columbia University and is a graduate of Bloomfield College, and holds a number of industry certifications and professional licenses in New York State.
With more than 35 years experience in commercial and environmental construction, John brings an in-depth knowledge of the engineering field and industrial project management to the AEL management group. As a highly experienced operations manager in the industrial field, John has vast experience in the field of environmental consultation including Phase I and Phase II audits, soil remediation, removal of underground takes and asbestos projects.
John is a graduate of Trinity University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, and has attended Apex Technical Institute of Stationary Engineering as well as Manhattan College of Engineering. He is also a Veteran of the United States Navy
Cole has over thirty years experience in planning and development of large scale communities, planned unit development and large scale commercial and mixed use projects. He provides expertise in
comprehensive project management from initial land use studies to final
implementation. He has extensive involvement with commercial and
industrial real estate acquisition, development and construction and a
comprehensive understanding of environmental, zoning and regulatory
issues.
A registered landscape architect, Cole has a BS in Landscape
Architecture from Rutgers University and graduate studies at the
University of Illinois and Columbia University. He serves as a
consultant to County and Town agencies throughout the metropolitan area
and Long Island.
